I have used UCD9248 with DC-DC PTD08D210W. I have configured both channels of regulator. One is for 1.8V and other for 3.3V.

But the problem is whenever I switch on my board, regulator gets faulty. Even I cant get the time for probing the control signals. There is no shortage apparently on DMM. Only one channel gets faulty. Its output signal become short on switching on the board.

Any suggestions?

First step would be connecting UCD9248 to PMBus adapter and Fusion GUI to see the status. If there is any fault, it will show in the Status section.

I have connected it with GUI. Faults appeared in GUI are OV Fault and MFR fault.

Remaining 3 rails of controller are working perfectly.

If you see OV fault, possibly the loop is not stable. You may need to adjust compensation. Or maybe OV limit is set too low.

There are 4 controllers on my board. The configuration for all controllers is same. But the problem is in just one rail of first controller.
