BQ20Z655-R1: Remain Capacity during charge to 4.1V/cell

Hello Ti team ,

   I  use bq20z655-r1  with charger 4.1V/cells , I use 4S Connection 16.4V Pack Voltage , According  to slua375 (Impedance Track for Novices par 2.2) I see that SOC % according to curve below !

    My question is: Is it possible to charge battery 4S 16.4V and it will show 100% R.C (after storage period too) ?  

  • Because i test my battery and R.C shows 100% immediate after charge to 16.4V , but after storage period it fix itself to 90% according to table below !
