TPS62090 :Can I forbid PFM mode? and Can you provide the current critical value which PWM and PFM mode switch?
Can you recommend DC/DC materials， requisition：Low thermal resistance(reference TPS62090); Vin=5V,Voutmin<1.0 Vout max>3.3V ,Ioutmax >1.2A(after derate) efficiency>=80% ,PWM mode,no PFM mode

The TPS62090 has no fixed PWM pin option.
The current value for the PFM/PWM transition depends on Vin, Vout, fsw and inductor in your application. For example, below there is an extract of the datasheet in two similar but distinct cases showing the switching frequency. You can see that from almost 0 it reaches 1.4 or 2.5 MHz, depending on the FSW pin option. The current when this happens is basically the searched value.
By the way I don't understand the third part of your post. Could you elaborate a bit more?
