Part Number: BQ27750
Dear TI-Team,
I working with a bq27750 and try to export the Golden Image as SREC file.
I'm using the bqStudio 1.3.54.1 and downloaded the bqz file from this post: https://e2e.ti.com/support/power_management/battery_management/f/180/t/614092
When I press "Create Image Files" (only SREC File is checked as Output Formats) the process is starting and the status bar is loading but I can see the following error messages on the bottom left corner:
ROM command results returned invalid checksum/error reading data memory
When the status bar is at 100% a message with successfully appears and a SREC file is created.
But after that the bq27750 is not longer addressable and will not wake up if a wakeup-voltage is applied. It only wakes up when the cell is connected again.
Is this a bug of the bqstudio or bq27750 itself?
I also attached the created srec-file. Could you please check if it is a valid file or is it broken.
