That is weird. Can you post a screen shot of what bqstudio is reporting? can you try issueing the reset command (0x41) to see if that resolves things?

Are you using NiCd or any Nickel cells? I see you have NiDT and NIDV flags set. if not using the Nickel cells, you will need to disable those. Also have you had learning successfully occur on your packs?
