Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ76PL455EVM
Hi!
We are working with BQ76PL455A connected to 8 LiTi cells (from 2.1 to 2.5 volts). We use "Application Note SLVA617A" and everything is OK: initialization and voltage reading works, BUT this document doesn't contain sequence for balancing. Here is the sequence i've used:
- I have read the EQ_SQUEEZE bit, its 0.
- Then I write 0x08 value to the CBCONFIG register.
- I write value 0x08 to the CBENBL register.
And there is no any effect on my BQ76PL455EVM board, diods don't light up, and keys are closed. What i do wrong?
