TPS1H100-Q1: Off-state output sink current

Hello, How could I drain this leakage current when off-state output sink current when open load, Vin=0, Vout=13.5V and current could be up to -50uA (max). pull output down? or clipped voltage to zero?

Sorry I did not well understand your question. What do you means by Vin = ? is it the supply voltage Vs or IN input control for channel activation?
where the 13.5V and the 50mA are coming from? Note, there is a back diode from OUT to VS.

that's shown in test condition on the datasheet of the TPS1H100.

looking at the datasheet same test condition mentioned above, when Vin=0V, Vs = Vout.= 13.5V how come output is 13.5V when input is zero? ran a quick pspice sim and the output followed the input meaning when Vin=0V, the Output=0.
