Hi,
I am confused about how TPS51200 and FPGA connect for the Bank2. The block diagram is as below.
Could you help to advise?
PS: Could i use 1pcs TPS51200 for two DDR3? I am worry about the load capacity of VTT.
Thanks.
Walsh

Hi Walsh,
TPS51200 provides VTT power to DDR3. I'm not familar with the connection between FPGA and TPS51200.
If FPGA is used to turn on/off TPS51200, then FPGA needs to be connected to TPS51200 EN pin.
One TPS51200 can be used for two DDR3, depending on how much current is needed by DDR3.
What's the current rating of DDR3?
Thanks
Qian
Dear Qian:
Thanks for your reply. We have confirmed that DDR3 will use IS43TR16128C-125KBL. Sorry for failure when insert file, The web link of datasheet is as below,

Could you help to check one TPS51200 could support two IS43TR16128C-125KBL?
Thanks,
Walsh
