What kind of battery chemistry are you using? is it a rechargeable battery or primary battery? Most of our chips need atleast 2V to power them, so you will need some a boost converter to use with the battery to power the IC. Pls answer the questions and i will be able to provide additioanl directions accordingly

i am using lithium titanate recharchable battery i have connected 28 cells in series, and each cell prodeces 1.9 volts, kindly tell me if you have a solution

You will need to use our online tool gpcchem to determine if we have a chem id match for your cells. If we do, i would recommend the bq34z100-G1. You could also consider the bq34110. The bq34110 doesn't require a chem id.

i have 32 cells connected each cell prduces 1.8 volt i want to estimate the soc for each cell, will this work ?

I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work to estimate SOC of the entire pack. It can't estimate SOC of each cell as there are no connections for each of the cells to the device.

No we do not have anything that can measure the SOC of each cell. I doubt there is anything in the market with such capability, and if there is, it will be very expensive.
