Dear Sir,

I have only one EV2300 kit.can i update firmware without 2 ev2300 kit.if yes means how to update the firmware.please explain the procedure for that.

unfortunately, you need two ev2300 kits to be able to perform an update. Are you in the USA? if no, pls contact the Ti store help line to see how they can get you an extra one without charge.
