AFAIR this is selected automatically based on the selected Fs => You don't need to do anything special other than selecting a Fs other than 96kHz :-)

But may I comfirm about it?

Regarding data sheet it is described that "256 * Fs clock output or 128 * Fs (Fs = 96 kHz)".

You are writing that ;

when fs=96kHz, then clk256fs=96khz * 128 = 12,288kHz

when fs<96kHz, then cls256fs= 256 * fs

and clk256fs is generated automatically.

Is my understanding correct?

You need to set the CLK256FS_EN bit in order to enable the clock output, but you as well need to enable the audio PLL in order to generate the clock AFAIR - Please consult the "TPS65930/20 OMAP™ Power-Management and System Companion Device ES1.2 TRM (Rev. D)" at http://focus.ti.com/lit/ug/swcu052d/swcu052d.pdf for further information. Checking http://focus.ti.com/lit/ug/swcu050e/swcu050e.pdf might as well be an idea, since I think this one contains a bit more of programming examples than the TPS65920/30 version :-)
