Hello,

I am loading BQ Studio 1.3.54.1 (sluc525u) onto a Windows XP PC. I'm getting a Windows error during software installation. The PC is running XP with SP 2. I've attached a picture of the Windows error.

when installing the program, can you install as an administrator? Right click the installation file and click install as administrator.

There is no difference, same problem arises.

Hi Kevin,

Unfortunately, we do not have any systems currently running on windows xp so it will be difficult to say what is going on with your system. When bqstudio was developed, it was done so using later versions of windows. Can you try accessing a system with at least windows 7?

I will also check with our tools team to see if they may have any insights on why you are unable to install on xp.

That's what I did, on my personal Win 8.1 laptop.

Hi Kevin,
Glad you are up and running with win 8. I got feedback from our tools team that bqstudio is not supported by win xp. Sorry for the hassle.
