I also don't need to use the USB host/charging port detection so I short circuited D+ and D- but it seems that the IC has an input current limit of 100 mA with Vsys equal to 1,7 V.
Update: now I have on Vsys the right value but I hear like a whistle: it seems that the internal loop compensation is unstable
