Our project is high power battery pack, 4S3P 7500mA.
If we use different package MOSFET(3-Parallel), the thermal resistor is different. Why do we use same parameter?

I double checked this.

Those parameters are not for the fets, they are for the thermistor which you will be placing near the fets to measure the fet temperature. If you will be using the same type of  thermistors to measure the batteries, then they will all have the same coeffiicients. If the thermistors are different, then you will to obtain the  coefficients using the attached excel sheet.
