Hi,

Could someone point me to specific application notes that deal with DC/DC (boost topology) power supply ripples attenuation?
My design is battery powered and consumes very low power, 90% of time stays in standby mode which consumes about 600uA, there are some spikes in running mode about 16mA. The input voltage is 3.6V, lithium battery and the design needed input voltage is 5.0V. Do you have any suggestions on what DC/DC convertors should I use?

we don't have this application note. for your application, you can have a look at TPS61220. the ripple of this device in power save mode is small.
if efficiency at light load is not a concern, you can also try FPWM device like TPS61071. or device with mode function, such as TPS61253A

Thank you for your suggestion, TPSP61220 looks great. Is there something similar that can work at 150'C, or I can just simply use this one?

the suggested junction temperature of TPS61220 is 125oC. there is not similar device that can guarantee 150oC temperature
