TPS25942A: What maintains the PGOOD output at low level, without input power?

Hi Team,

What maintains the PGOOD output at low level, without input power, and the PGTH input level is under its threshold?

Maybe it's output is a special MOSFET which is working like a Depletion mode transistor?

The PGOOD output was drawn as an enhancement MOSFET (Figure 48. on the "tps25942a.pdf" datasheet)
