TPS23861EVM-612: Temperature rise of TPS23861 IC in TPS23861EVM-612

Hi TI support,

We happen to measure surface temperature of TPS23861 in TPS23861EVM-612 & found temperature rise of approx 28-30'C. As such temperature of both operational & non-operational TPS23861 was found similar (as there are 2 TPS23861 on EVM). This measurement was taken with FLIR IR camera. 

We intend to operate our product at 60'C ambient inside enclosure, so can anybody confirm that operating IC at 60'C ambient should be fine? As such datasheet specifies operating free air temperature to be -40'C to +85'C.
