UCD9090A: UCD9090 Migration - Fusion Import Issue

I'm trying to migrate a design from the UCD9090 to UCD9090A.  To save from redoing the project from scratch, I'm trying to import old settings into the new device.

I have opened the Fusion tool (v7) in offline mode and click "Create new offline system from start".

I select the new device as the UCD9090A.

I hit the "Click to Configure Device" button.

Here is where I expect to click File -> Import to Device, but the option is greyed out and I can't click it.

Any ideas on how to proceed?  Thank you.
