How can I determine the SS time for the TPS 63050?
Is there an equation for finding "Css"?

The following is stated in the data sheet.
"The soft-start time depends on the load current, the input voltage, and the output capacitor. The soft-start time in boost mode is longer then the time in buck mode and it also depends on the load current, input voltage and output capacitor."
Is it okay to ignore this?

HI Kishi,

The soft start time cannot be precisely calculated, as stated in the datasheet it depends on several parameters, the best way would be to start testing with the recommended value in the customer circuit, and then to fine tune it according to your specs
I recommend using a Capacitor smaller than 10nF.
