CSD18543Q3A: Logic Level

Since this was addressed offline, I am just going to repost my answer on this forum for completeness and in case anyone has a similar question.

"Yes, the CSD18543Q3A is logic level.

We generally consider anything with typical Vgsth around 2V or less logic level, such that we can spec the resistance down to 4.5Vgs.

Parts with higher threshold (around 3V) we would call standard level or normal level threshold.

I don’t think we specify the term “logic level” on the datasheet. We used to have logic level a searchable parameter on the ti web site – actually this email has called my attention to the fact that this searchable parameter has been removed. I’m pretty annoyed because that was a relevant search parameter and I think many in the field found it useful.

I will reach out to our central marketing team about getting this term added back to our parametric search. "
