My Customer has question.
[TPS22966-Q1] has higher ESD (HBM) than [TPS22966].
Is the Diode for ESD different?
The customer wants the ESD of [TPS22966 - Q 1] to be stronger than [TPS22966].
It is easier to adopt if the breakdown voltage is raised by changing the diode etc.
