Hi Allen,

I guess you are searching for the heat distribution during working operation.

Here you can see a thermal picture

on our EVMunder 3A load and 5V Vin.

Hello Allen,

IC temperature depends on many factors. Heat dissipation is the most important, hence a strong dependency on the PCB layout. The Example shown in the picture above represents the thermal measurements with a thermal camera of an EVM of the TLV62585.
