Hello, 

Can the manufacturer's data be accessed with a sealed battery? Class : Configuration. Subclass : Data.

Our customer would like to access data like: Manufacture Date / Serial Number / Device Name / Device Chemistry / etc. (Like BQ20z95).

Because if I understand correctly, all the data flash is blocked in reading if the component is sealed (except Manufacturer Info - Block A[1...31] ).

    hi Charles,

    The data sheet says the manaufacturer info block in accessible in sealed more. Serial number is accessible in sealed mode -there is a command for reading this. device type and chem id is accessible in sealed mode as well. See table 2 in the data sheet. Manufacture date can be place in the manufacture info block to make that accessible if it isn't accessible in its default location. You can easily test that.
