WEBENCH® Tools/LMR14020: LMR14020

I am trying to Design a Power Supply for 15V , 2A from an Input of 18V to 38V .

While trying LMR14020 ; Webench almost invariably gives " Design is unstable " Error Msg ..

Can anyone clarify please ?

Webench may not support too high output voltage and output power.

What's your prefer switching frequency?
