What are CELL TEMPERATURE MODEL AND FET TEMPERATURE MODEL? Should I need to set these parameter?

If not ,under what condition need to be set?

HI Jeff,

Those are for the thermistors which would be used to monitor the temperature of the battery and the FETS. If you use the same thermistor as is in our reference design, then you do not need to change those. If you use a different thermistor other than a 10K NTC one, then you will need to calculate the coefficients using the attached excel sheet.
