We have tested the MCU communication with BQ76940EVM (BQ769400DBT chip) in I2C communication, successfully.
Now we have developed the same circuit on a PCB with the BQ7694003DBT chip.
When the Module powered up with >38V, REGOUT have 3.3V after BOOT and I2C SDA & SCL have logic High
But when connected to the MCU SDA & SCL pulled to logic low still REGOUT is 3.3V
We are not able to communicate to chip, but the same MCU circuit is still working fine with EVM
