LM5166: How evaluate LM5166 lifetime

Hi Engineers.

I am JOHN.I have a question when use LM5166. How evaluate LM5166's lifetime? The work condtion is VIN=24V,VOUT=5V,ILOAD_MAX=500mA, the working temperature is about 40°C.

I want to learn this knowledge.Would you help to recomment some stardard materials or guide me how do evaluete the IC's lifetime trhough experiments? Thanks  a lot.
