The part process is LBC4 (Linear B-CMOS). What exactly are you asking for with respect to geometry?

Hi John. Thanks for the input. I think their looking for xNm e.g. 60Nm. Also, is the answer the same for both TPS5410 and TPS5420?

Yes they are the same product family and process. I think the minimum feature width for LBC4 is 0.8 um.
