Hi, FG Reset Fail and Enable IT Fails after flashing golden image (version 0510 4_00). It says the gauge is ready but when we read, for instance, battery voltage, it says Failed. We followed the same programming procedure as BQ27500.

hi

Start from scratch with the default srec. www.ti.com/.../sluc621 and program with bqstudio.
Configure that, perform your learn cycle and then extract your new srec.

Can i use BQstudio tool to convert this default .srec file to .bqfs format and then use flashstream utility to program the .bqfs into our device?

Basically, at this point, i want to just flash the default file to my unit. Can i take the default .srec you sent, program it into my EVM and then read it back into .bqfs format which we can program using flashstream into our units
