Hi, Team

I ask TPS798-Q1 Thermal Limit function.

In the datasheets, TPS798-Q1 has two descriptions of thermal limit.

One is shutdown temperature, another one is reset temperature.

Does this mean shutting down when it exceeds 135 ℃, then restarting it set to less than 135 ℃?

Hi Namamura-san,

I think the datasheet is trying to guarantee device will only enter thermal shutdown when temperatures exceed 135 and device will restore to its normal operations while temperature drops to or below 135c.
