TPS51216: Choke is burning hot

Part Number: TPS51216

Hi there,

We follow Intel's reference design and use a 0.56uH, and the choke becomes extremely hot as soon as we power on our board, but it's fine on the Intel's demo board.  However, when we switch the choke to 4.7uH as the Webench suggests, the temperature is noticeably lower but still abnormally hot.  Could someone please point out where we should look into to solve this issue?  Thank you

regards,

Kevin
