Hello.

I have a problem with use bq24032a. It is not charging the batterry. I madea test scheme which I connected ISEL1 pin to ground throuth 1k resistor, PSEL and CE pulled-up, DPPP pin to ground throuth 1kk resistor. Thus, i carry out all conditions (as far as I could understand them from datasheet) to start charging (Vin 5v). But charging does not begin. However, I can supply to a load from out pin in both cases(battery or external power supply).

Please, tell me where I wrong.

What is the load on the OUT pin?

The load is Raspberry Pi 3 with 80 mA consuming current.

Can you please post your schematic and ensure that the DPPM pin isn't floating.

Here it is.

As you can see on the schematic, DPPM pin is not floating or I not correct undestend what is mean 'floating'?

Hello,
You have TS connected to ground. If you won't use the TS function, you should connect a 10k ohm resistor from TS to ground. Directly connecting TS to ground will cause the IC to have a temperature fault and prevent charging.
