how can make a board compatible with TPS544B25 and also with TPS544B20?

You should be able to do that. The primary difference is the control mode, DCAP2 vs Voltage mode. So you changes will concern how FB and COMP are terminate. You will need to place pads for the voltage mode compensation and the DCAP2 COMP bypass capacitor. You can populate them or unpopulated them as appropriate.

so I just have to make the different connections for fb and comp pin? The other connections is the same, all right?

That is the way I see it so long as you design for the same frequency, etc.
