TPS63060: Capacitor Based Backup Power Supply

Hi All - application note SLVA676 describes a backup power supply using a large capacitor and the TPS63060.  This is the exact application I am needing to deal with, except that the system voltage i have to deal with is 24 volts which exceeds the max for the TPS63060.  This unique application as documented in the app note is only possible because the TPS63060 supports power transfer in a bi-directional fashion (In -> Out, as well as Out -> In) which is something that I don't find documented in the data sheet.  Since this unique capability seems undocumented, I don't know how to find a higher voltage part with this capability.  Could anyone recommend a possible alternative to the TPS63060 that can handle a 24V power rail?  Thanks very much.
