UCC28061: HVSENSE pin spec question

Hello.

I am using UCC28061 and I have a question.
Data sheet P4

HVSEN rising threshold to over-voltage fault
4.64V（MIN)、5.1V(MAX)
We are in the specifications in the design.

However, I am planning to compensate for margin.
I think whether most of the devices shipped are within 3σ range.
How much is MIN, MAX of HVsens at ±3σ?

    Hi Masazumi-san

    Please use the limits on the datasheet for the design. The limits take into account variations in the silicon process, temperature and device tolerances.

    It may be possible that some parameters can shift close to the limits in production and the devices will pass final test. If the application is not designed to meet the limit values then there could be problems with particular batches of devices later in production.
