Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2596
We recently purchased the Evaluation Module for the LM2569. While everything looks great as far as noise at the switch node in continuous mode, it appears to get progressively worse as load decreases, starting at about 227mA or around 30% Duty Cycle. We want our design to work at different loads from 3500mA to as much as 2.5A. We also want to have an input voltage that can be either 24v or 36v. We need to keep the noise EMI to a minimum, and the 1.22Mhz oscillation on the leading edge of the switching pulses would cause considerable noise. Please see attached scope capture. Any design thoughts? Thanks
