UCC28089: Input current on the CS terminal

Hello support team,

My customer has been reported that the driving capability for the CS terminal is not strong then applied a DC level is pulled to GND with synchronous the OUTA waveform like below.

 Below is waveform which shows CS (Blue) and OUTA (Green). Navy is can ignore.

As you can see, CS (Blue) wave is synchronizing to OUTA as the switching wave and if amplitude of CS is more than 0.65V then stop the  synchronizing as show DC level.

But if the driving capability to the CS is strong then the CS waveform is DC level.

My and the customer understanding is the CS terminal is an input terminal so that not sure why input current on the CS is switching? Is the CS terminal is not an normal input circuit? Could you explain? Also we want to know the input current of the CS terminal during the switching. Without the current spec, it is very difficult to design the CS driving circuit.
