BQ35100: Coulomb counter unit

Part Number: BQ35100
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQSTUDIO

Hi,
I'm using a B35100 in "Coulomb Accumulation" mode with a multi-cell (4 x Li/SOCl2) configuration. The calibration is done ( current and  voltage ).
I'm trying to understand how to get the unit of the coulomb counter.
In the TRM § 11.1  the unit of this data is Ah, but for example with a  fix 300 mA Load during  10 minutes the delta off the AccumulatedCapacity data is: 4900 .
Each time  I test it the ratio is almost constant: (600*300) / 4900 = 3.6
What is this value? Is it possible to get it from the DF data?

PS:

This is a partial dump of the DF data memory (calibration part):
