TPS63050 not working on new board design.
I have a new design with the TPS63050. The part seems to be working in that Pin 1 (L1) is switching and pin 4 has an output voltage of 0.6V. The divider (R14/R15) is giving me about 0.125V with 0.6V output. But Pin 5 (FB) never gets up to 0.8V for a 3.8V output as the design expects.
I have injected 3.8V directly into pin 4 (the 3.8V buss) and I get 3.8V while the circuit draws the expected ~40mA.
Any suggestions?
