HI

I tested a board，PLUS Vgs>36V.This is an unusual situation.

correct vgs=12V.

plus-minus Voltage 47V.

FETmos is ok.

    Hi User,
    The Vgs >36V sounds abnormal. The EMB1428 should only be capable of 14V maximum output gate - source, normally 12V as you indicate, and a FET should turn on as a follower limiting Vgs if the source reference is lost. You might check for missing solder on some pin or a pin shorted. If the condition continues it seems the part must be damaged.
