Hai,

I am using BQ2057CSN Li-Ion charger IC to charge 3.7V Battery ,

Attached is my circuit FYR

To disable TEMP SNS pin I am applying VCC/2 Voltage and battery is getting charged

But when ever there is no main power and only battery is present in my device there is reverse voltage appearing at R4 Resistor,

Please check and update if there is any change that requires in circuit or because of mosfet switching behaviour that is happening,

The bq2057 is an old device released a number of years ago, we have several devices that can probably meet your requirements.

BQ24040, BQ24070 and bq24090-- see attached.

The reverse voltage on R4 will be due to reverse current, battery to input. This can be prevented by adding a reverse-blocking diode on the input, see figure 4 -- diode D1.

Later devices have the pass fet and blocking diode incorporated internally.
