WEBENCH® Tools/LMR23610: Incorrect current

I don'ts any reference to the design being 0 A. Can you specify exactly where it states 0 A?

I am sorry for not being clear my first statement.

Q)The design circuit was designed to put an output current of 0.43A, even-though the voltage is stable at 11.2V the current for any load is 0A.
The Voltage stays constant for any load above 200ohms, below that it drops down to 1.7V or lesser.

As i understand it , You are not able to souce 0.43A from your design and the output voltage dips when you source anything higher than 55mA .

Here are few things you may verify :

1. Please make sure that the input power supply is not current limited .
2. Probe Input , Output as well as switch node waveform and share with us .
3. Also please share the PCB design use used in your application .

Yes, you do understand my issue. There is a stable voltage out put for range of inputs, but it is driving any current out.
1.Yes the current is not limited.
2.The out put at the switch is a ring wave, which damps out very quickly.
3.I am using through hole components for this design.

O/p Voltage Load (ohms) Current
11.3 2k Very low < 0.01A
11.2 1k Very low < 0.01A
11.2 500 Very low < 0.01A
11.1 200 Very low < 0.01A
1.7 50 Very low < 0.01A
0.38 25 Very low < 0.01A

I apologize for the late reply.

I blew up the circuit because of some shorting.

I am trying to redesign the circuit for the given specification.

VinMin = 16.0V
VinMax = 29.0V
Vout = 11.0V
Iout = 0.43A

Can you please suggest me some good designs.

I would be greatly appreciate for your help.

Use LM43600 for your application . You may design the circuit using Webench online .

Further first order Evaluation module for the desing and implement your circuit my modifying the EVM .

I have tried to achieve the output parameters as before by using TPS5430

I have also documented the out put waveforms.

I still face the same problem.
