UCC27201: For BLDC Motor Drive HELP

Hello,

I have 450W,24 V ,12 pole,120 degree hall effect sensor placed,1500 RPM BLDC motor, I am using trapezoidal technique to control the motor ,When i am start first time motor from off state to on state my motor some time run or sometime not,and if some state it does not run,and i try to switch off the mcu board ,then its start to run, i want help,i don't know ,where the problem? and i check many time commutation table ,it's look fine.In my hardware no snubber circuit place on switching mosfets and no pf capacitor place on hall effect sensors line.

Hi Haripankh,

Sorry to hear you are having difficulty with your motor drive application.

It sounds to me like there is an issue with your control technique. What are you using to generate it?

If you look at the inputs of the UCC27201 and the outputs, are they what you expect? Or is your issue with the gate driver itself?

Hello Sir,

Motor Driver is working fine,I am using mcu for generate pulses as per commutation table. I think it's general bldc motor drive problem,and i am unable to find the problem,so ,i tag the post.
