In general, the processor controls the TPS65094 in its PUNIT code and doesn't require any additional software.
If you are looking to set the voltages and enable LDOA1, LDOA2, LDOA3, or SWA1 using I2C, the driver for TPS65086 should be sufficient. I'm not confident that Linux is able to control the PMIC_I2C_SDA / PMIC_I2C_SCL pins though.
