Is there the test data for GND short condition of below pins?

①VO to GND short

②REFOUT to GND short

By the way, Vin: 3.3V and VDDR(VREFIN): 1.35V.

Hi Satoshi,

What's test data are you asking?

1. When VO is shorted to GND, the part will be in OC condition.

2. When REFOUT is sorted to GND, VTT voltage will be 0V because VTT voltage follows REFOUT.
