Need generous helps from any angles.
Two TPS51200 are used in my design as voltage references for DIMM and single DDR3 which are interfacing with FPGA.
The steps for system to work are as:
-
power up the system
-
program the FPGA.
The weird thing is, after FPGA is programmed the VTT output of TPS51200 dropped down to half of its normal output.
TPS51200 can sink or source 3A current, why above thing can happen?
Please let me know any reasons for this situation and how I can fix it?
Many thanks for any suggestions.
Best regards.
David.
