TPS73HD3: Why TPS73HD301 can output 1.2V, but TPS767D301 not

Part Number: TPS73HD3

hello Team

Why TPS73HD301 can output 1.2V, but TPS767D301 not. Both have the same refference value.

  • Hi Xiao,

I checked both datasheets. I can see that the reference and the diagrams are very similar between the two. But if you look at the other characteristics of the two devices. They also have a lot of differences. If one device is rated to have an output of 1.2V, it means it has been tested and verified at 1.2V and meet all the datasheet specification related to that 1.2V output.

Is there any concern to use the device that can do 1.2V if you need a 1.2V output?

    Regards,
    Jason Song
