BQ76940: Can I use 2 BQ76940 support 24-Series cell application?

Hi sir/madam,

I looked through the website and found that Ti has a reference design of 2 BQ76930 to support maximum 20-series cell application, and the situation of mine is maximum 27-Series cell application(type 24-Series), Can i use 2 BQ76940 to meet my design like  [ http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/tiduc43a/tiduc43a.pdf ]?

If yes, could you send me a reference design document?

If no, could you support a better solution of gas guage?

    Hi Jenny,
    The same approach could be used for up to 30 cells with the bq76940. Be sure to adjust the component ratings where needed. See TIDA-01093 for reference documents.
    For a gauge consider the bq34z100-G1 or bq34110
