I have a question about LP 2951.

LP2951 is described in the data sheet if there is a thermal shutdown protection function.
What is the shutdown temperature?（Tsd Thermal shutdown temperature？）

Hi Ishii-san,

You are right, it's not listed anywhere on the datasheet. Let me do some research to see if I can find the numbers somewhere. Will get back to you early next week.

Hi Ishii-san,

I could not find the information. I have ordered EVMs for this device, please allow a few days for the boards to arrive. Once I receive the board, I will measure the thermal shutdown temperatures and update you.

Hi Ishii-san,

I used one EVM and verified the thermal shutdown temperature is 184 degree C and the device returns to normal operation at 174 degree C. We will update this typical number in the next datasheet revision.
