Will the switching frequency of lm53625-q1 change with the voltage change? When I input 9V, the switching frequency is 2M;When the input is 12V, the switching frequency is several hundred K;When input is 18V, the switching frequency is several hundred K;

    Meng Jeffrey,

    The switching frequency should not change in the way you described.  It seems odd that 12V and 18V get the same reduced frequency.  Let's get to the bottom of this:

    What is your output current during this observation? Is the part entering DCM?

    What is the output voltage?

    Can you share a schematic?
